Samantha has recently completed a yoga teaching course, and has been attending yoga dance classes in her habitation town of Burlington, Vermont, for iii years. Yoga dance combines Yoga with dancing and movement, enhancing the connection of mind, body and spirit, and encouraging self-expression and inventiveness. Samantha describes Yoga dance equally "meditation in motion", and an opportunity to permit go of stress, exercise mindfulness, and cultivate self esteem improvement.

The mindful move of yoga dance is a fantastic technique for increasing body awareness, healing, fitness, and nearly importantly, having fun! The workshop begins with a guided meditation, followed by warming yogic movements to soft music.
